This website is operated by StrollCart ("we", "us", "our"), Office No. 1, 1st Floor, Dayaram Library, Jamnagar 361001, Gujarat, India. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Using the store

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery details and not to use the store for any unlawful purpose.

3. Products and information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations in finish or packaging can occur. Please read each product's description and care notes before use.

4. Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Delivery within India is free. Prices and availability may change without notice; the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or delivery details can't be verified. We currently accept Cash on Delivery only; payment is due in full when the parcel is delivered.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines are explained in our Shipping Policy. Claims for damaged, defective or wrong items are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The StrollCart name, logo, text and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jamnagar, Gujarat.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
