Shipping policy

We deliver across India, and every order ships free.

Free delivery

Delivery is free on all orders within India. There is no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote pin codes, festive peaks and weather can occasionally add a few days.

Cash on Delivery

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, with no extra COD fee. Please keep the order amount ready when your parcel arrives.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

Address and delivery attempts

Please make sure your address, pin code and phone number are correct; our courier partner may call you before delivering. If a parcel is refused or can't be delivered after the courier's attempts, the order will be cancelled.
